Domestic Shipping (England, Wales, Scotland & Northern Ireland)

 

All orders in the UK are shipped free of charge using Royal Mail tracked 48, there is no minimum purchase requirement. Depending on the value of your order we may upgrade this to tracked & signed, again with no extra charge. Royal Mail tracked 48 is estimated as a 2-3 day service.

 

We also offer Royal Mail special delivery as an option at flat rate £7.99 no matter the size of your order.

 

Our standard dispatch times are next working day Monday-Friday (no dispatch on weekends) and same working day before 8am on a Monday and before midday Tuesday-Friday. PLEASE NOTE: Subscription boxes have a separate dispatch time and are a UK ONLY service. This is detailed separately on our subscription boxes terms and conditions page.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or fees payable that may arise, this is NOT included in the shipping or item cost at checkout. Please check your local postal/country import rules for potential duties, taxes or fees payable. All international shipments will be declared at the correct value and as a sale of goods.

 

All international packages are sent using Royal Mail Tracked International. The only exclusion to this is Mexico for which Royal Mail Signed International is used. Shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout based on the combined weight of the items on your order.

 

We quote 7-14 working days as a shipping estimate for all international services. As stated this is an estimate and can vary due to factors outside our control such as customs handling times. You will be able to locate your order at all times with the provided tracking number(s).

 

In some instances on larger/heavier orders we will split the items over 2 or more packages. You will receive notification if this happens with your order and you will also receive all the relevant tracking numbers.
