All goods and services supplied by RUSBENJA LTD are supplied on the following terms and conditions.

Payment must be made in full before an order can be finalised and sent. We do not currently provide any pre-orders.

​Cancellation of an order in full or in part prior to shipment will result in a refund in full or in part to the original payment method.

​Where multiple orders are made by one customer between our dispatch times day to day then we will combine these shipments into a single package.

All product and shipping pricing is shown in GBP. Currency options are available at the bottom of any page, however payment will still be processed in GBP.

​As we have a large range of stock at any one time, there is the chance that a stock discrepancy occasionally occurs due to error or damage to an item. In this case we will get in contact with you as soon as we realise the error (within the usual outlined dispatch times) to offer an alternative item or a refund on the unavailable product.
